John
J. House serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
for the Company.
John is the founder of Always at Market and considered one of
the foremost veterans of Internet auction industry.
John practiced law from 1987 to 1992 representing small to medium
sized businesses. Leaving the practice of Law in 1992 John involved
himself in a number of startup and turn-around from which he
gained valuable experience. In 1996 John was part of a turn
around situation that resulted in the incorporation of a Company
called JPD Inc. Although JPD was incorporated to continue selling
computer peripherals products to Wal-Mart and other major retailers
John was astute enough to foresee the coming Internet auction
trend. In 1997 John re-directed all sales activities and all
of his attention to the Business to Consumer Internet Auction
space. John is credited for the development of many of the “Non-Core”
categories on a number of the major B2C auction sites such as
Egghead, Onsale and Ubid. John either established or helped
establish the Jewelry and watch categories, the tool categories
and the early selling of satellite dish subscriptions on all
of the above B2C auctions. John founded Always At Market Inc.
in July of 2001 to take his knowledge of the B2C Internet auction
space to the next level.
John received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 from the
University of California at Berkley. While at Berkeley John
was a four year letterman in Baseball and participated in the
1980 College World Series placing third in the nation. John
received Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Santa
Carla in 1987.
John B. Walker, Jr. serves as Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) for the Company.
John is a senior financial manager with 19+ years of consumer
products industry experience and a proven track record while
serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Fitz & Floyd,
Inc… a Lewisville, Texas based designer, importer, marketer
and distributor of high-end home décor. Mr. Walker joined
Fitz & Floyd in 1987 and was promoted to Chief Financial
Officer in 1996 after having held previous positions as Controller,
Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance. John is also credited
with developing and implementing Fitz & Floyd’s Chapter
11 reorganization business plan, which allowed the company to
emerge from bankruptcy 13 months after its initial filing in
March 1996. Also at Fitz & Floyd, he worked with numerous
private equity investors and investment groups along with senior
and subordinated lenders such as the Thomas H. Lee Company,
Bear Sterns, Credit Suisse First Boston, the CIT Group, Fleet
Capital Corporation and Bank of America Business Capital.
Prior to Fitz & Floyd, Mr. Walker spent 4 years at Arthur
Andersen & Company as a member of their financial audit
group. John is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and
received his public accountant license in 1985.
Susan Reding serves as Vice President of Merchandising for the
Company.
Susan joined the Always at Market team with over 20 years experience
in buying and management. She has brought with her product development
& knowledge in overseas sourcing. Traveling extensively
in the Far-East and Europe for over 18 years, Susan’s
buying experience and category management has included watches,
jewelry, women’s accessories, children’s accessories,
and home décor. Formerly, she oversaw one of three major
divisions for The Bombay Company in the late 1990’s during
their development of accessories and also began implementation
of the Bombay Kids division. Before Bombay, Susan worked for
six years at Tuesday Morning overseeing a number of categories
in the women’s accessories area and development of both
the children’s and bath & body areas. Prior to that,
she served as Director of Merchandising of over 1000 stores
for the Claire’s Boutique retail chain.
Frank H. Rusch, Jr. serves as Vice President of
Operations for the Company.
Prior to joining Always at Market, Frank was Senior Manager
of Business Development for Yahoo where he was able to aggressively
build up auction listings for both the Yahoo Auction and Yahoo
Warehouse businesses in order to extend Yahoo's reach into secondary
markets. Prior to Yahoo, he worked for more than 11 years with
Egghead.com, starting as a sales associate in one of their retail
locations and working his way up to Director of Merchandising.
Frank has more than 16 years experience, specializing in online
auctioning/trading/shopping platforms, inventory management,
purchasing, business operations, business development, project
management, personnel management, retail store management, and
vendor relations.

Ron Wollman serves as Director of Product
Design and Supply Chain management for the Company.
Ron joined Always At Market in the beginning in of 2006 with
over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the watch
industry. He began his career as a watch bracelet and case designer
and quickly began engineering cost effective manufacturing processes.
From 1973 through 1987 he worked for and partnered with Seiko
and Citizen of North America.
From 1987 through 1995 Ron operated his own design and manufacturing
company in Hong Kong supplying watch industry components to
major US Brands, most notably Longines-Wittnauer. From 1995
through 2005 Ron has worked Contract Logistic management for
Companies looking to establish Asian manufacturing. In this
capacity Ron has provided services including but not limited
to land acquisition, negotiating with local government departments
for required construction permits and operating licenses, design
and letting of facility construction contracts, sourcing industry-specific
manufacturing equipment, production and quality control system,
and management systems for local staff.
